Nanny share agreement template

A free agreement for two families sharing a nanny. Print it, fill it in together, and keep a signed copy each. It goes with our guide to what to agree.

This is between the two families. It doesn't replace the nanny's employment contract: as employers, you must each give the nanny a written statement of their terms on their first day. It's a practical template, not legal advice. Ask a solicitor if you want it to be legally binding.
