Privacy
The short version: we don't know who you are, and the site is built so that we can't find out.
What we store
- Your answers: postcode sector (like W4 3), your youngest child's age range, the days you need, when you'd start and whether you could host.
- A random code name, the date your profile was created, and when it expires.
- Which families you've said you're interested in, your matches, and any meet-up you arrange: one of our listed venues, a date, a time slot, and the sign you chose to be recognised by.
- Any report you make, as one of the fixed reasons, with the date.
- A scrambled (hashed) copy of your private link, so we can recognise it without being able to read it.
What we don't store
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, photos or messages. There's nowhere to type them.
- IP addresses or device details. We don't use cookies, advertising or tracking.
Your browser
If you tick "Keep me signed in on this device", your private link is saved in your browser's local storage on that device only. Untick it, or clear your browser data, to remove it.
How long we keep things
Profiles, matches and meet-ups are deleted automatically 90 days after your profile was created or last renewed. "Delete my profile" removes everything immediately.
Payments
If meet-ups are paid, payment is handled by Stripe, which processes your card details and receipt email under its own privacy policy. We keep payment records for our accounts only. Your meet-up code isn't linked to your profile: the connection between a payment and its code is deleted after 24 hours, and a used code is deleted.
Hosting
The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles the network traffic needed to deliver the site, which includes briefly processing your IP address to protect the site from abuse; we never see or store it. If we count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
